No-Bake LA Whey Gold Protein Power Bites

Macros per bite (approx.):

  • Protein: 12–14g

  • Carbs: 6–8g

  • Fats: 4–5g

  • (based on making 4 large bites from 1 serving of LA Whey Gold)

Ingredients (makes 4–6 bites):

  • 1 scoop LA Whey Gold (50g protein – any flavour you like)

  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter

  • 2 tbsp oats (use gluten-free oats if needed)

  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed (optional for fibre/omega-3)

  • 1–2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or water) – to bind

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

  • Dark chocolate chips or freeze-dried berries (optional, for flavour)

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine LA Whey Gold, oats, chia/flax seeds, and a pinch of sea salt.

  2. Add wet ingredients: Stir in peanut butter, honey, and 1 tbsp of almond milk. Mix thoroughly. If the mixture is too dry, add a tiny bit more liquid—just enough to bind.

  3. Add extras (optional): Fold in chocolate chips or berries if using.

  4. Form bites: Using clean hands, roll the mixture into 4–6 balls or flatten slightly into mini bars.

  5. Set and store: Place in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to firm up (optional). Store in an airtight container. Keeps for up to 1 week in the fridge or 2–3 days in a cool, dry place when on the move.

Tips:

  • Use vanilla or chocolate LA Whey Gold for dessert-style bites.

  • Add a dash of cinnamon or instant coffee for flavour variety.

  • Swap peanut butter for cashew or tahini for a nut-free option.
