350 g boneless diced cooked chicken
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup low-fat plain yoghurt or non-fat sour cream
1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
1 handful of walnuts
Whisk together the yoghurt or sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery and walnuts. Pour in the dressing mixture and toss well to coat everything evenly.
